Rashad started his commodity trading career in the oil and gas industry in Houston, Texas, at Total Gas & Power (now Total Energies) in 2004.  In 2009, Rashad joined Shell Trading in Dubai. He remained in Shell until 2013, when he was recruited by Trafigura as a Trading Manager based in Singapore. Shortly thereafter, Rashad returned to Dubai to re-establish the Trafigura office and grow Trafigura’s MENA business. In 2020, Rashad decided to launch his own commodity trading and asset investment company, now Meridor. He is currently CEO of Meridor and leads a dynamic and experienced team of traders and sector professionals.

Yannick started his career as a trade and structured commodity finance banker at Société Générale and ABN AMRO in Europe and Asia. His last position was Group CFO at BGN, where he successfully managed the firm's financial growth and global finance function development. Prior to that, Yannick served as CFO at Mocoh and AOT Energy, where he also led business development for the Asian region from Singapore. His extensive experience in energy trading includes his role as Finance Director for SOCAR Trading.  Yannick holds a master’s degree from HEC Paris. His deep industry knowledge, coupled with his experience in both banking and energy trading, makes him an asset to the team. Yannick Luce is Meridor’s Group CFO based in Geneva. With two decades of experience in commodities trading and banking, Yannick brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.

Kedar started his career at Trafigura in London within the accounting department and has now accumulated over 15 years of experience in some of the most competitive and successful teams, where he has held key senior management positions in risk management, finance, and operations. With work experience across London, Geneva, Singapore, Houston, and Dubai, covering all aspects of the commodity trading lifecycle, Kedar has successfully demonstrated strong leadership and growth of business-critical functions leading to highly successful departments in his previous roles with Trafigura and OQ Trading. After holding the position of Global Head of Risk for OQ Trading for two years, Kedar joined Meridor with a key focus on areas of risk, business architecture, IT development, operational efficiency, and business performance reporting.

Ziad is General Counsel at Meridor, leading the legal and compliance department. With over 25 years of legal experience, including 18 in executive roles, he specializes in corporate governance, trade remedies, antitrust, M&A, and compliance. Ziad previously held senior legal positions at Shell and Qatar's Tasweeq and Muntajat, handling complex legal matters in the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors.  He holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from U.S. institutions, and is a licensed attorney in Texas, a registered U.S. patent attorney, and a certified mediator with CEDR.
